Should we make sustainability Canada’s #1 competitive advantage?
Find out during the Ag-Policy exchange on Day 1 of Canadian Agri-Food in a Sustainable World. This exchange will be moderated by RealAgriculture.com founder and RealAg Radio host Shaun Haney and feature four competing perspectives on this polarizing question. Speakers include:
- Jean-Michel Couture, President and Partner, Group AGÉCO
- Nick Betts, Managing Director, Canadian Alliance for Net-Zero Agri-food (CANZA)
- Ben Gibbons, Founder & Managing Partner, Waterpoint Lane
- Stuart Person, National Leader of Crop Services, MNP
The policy exchange will promote thoughtful debate among panelists to consider how Canadian agri-food should tackle sustainability and whether it should be Canada’s #1 competitive advantage. This dialogue will allow panelists to explore this topic in greater depth to identify better policy outcomes.
Canadian Agri-Food in a Sustainable World takes place at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa on October 2 and 3 and will feature two days of dialogue and debate about the tensions, challenges, and opportunities that sustainability creates for the agriculture and food sector.
