Caught in the Crossfire – The inter-jurisdictional issues involving agricultural water management in the Ottawa River watershed
In this paper (in French only), one of the 2017-2019 doctoral fellows at the Canadian Agri-Food Policy Institute (CAPI), in the form of political-legal strategies, aims to bring together the governmental and non-governmental stakeholders involved at the level of a coherent territory to deal with the common problems that have been suffered and generated. Although this “objective is complex, it is not an impossible one, even at the scale of a watershed that is inter-jurisdictional and heavily used such as the one in the Ottawa River.”
