Opinion: Farmers deserve credit for climate action

The Canadian Agri-Food Policy Institute’s (CAPI) Board Member Richard Gray argues in his opinion piece, published in the newspaper La Vie Agricole on January 15, 2020, that for far too long farmers have been producing environmental benefits for Canadian society without any financial or moral credit for their efforts. If a climate change policy that really works in Canada is to be crafted and implemented, this will have to change.
