Do we need standards and certifications for regenerative agriculture?

Regenerative agriculture in Canada has the potential to drive economic growth and deliver environmental, economic, and social benefits, but its impact remains limited, in part due to unclear definitions and low adoption rates. Recent work by CSA Group has provided key insights into the opportunities and challenges of developing standards to identify and verify regenerative agriculture practices in Canada.
