Looking Ahead: Reflecting on 2021 and what will drive ag policy in 2022
Join CAPI as we bring four leaders from across the agri-food system and the country to reflect on the last 12 months and look ahead to what will matter in 2022.
With all that has happened, 2021 is a year that Canadian agri-food will remember: a drought across western Canada, a federal election, an increasing focus on agriculture and environment policy, a critical labour shortage and ongoing disruptions in international markets. These are just a few things that were driving agri-food policy in 2021. Not to mention a global dialogue around food systems that calls for significant change. It is critical to reflect on the last 12 months of agriculture policy and look ahead to what will matter in 2022. We invite you to join the discussion with our expert panelists on January 18 2022 at 11am ET as we enter this new year.
